Most people go about their lives, looking for happiness on the outside, and never really finding it.
That sounds bleak, but if you look around, it’s the reality of things.
The Buddha said that desire is suffering, because desire stems from the belief that something external can bring us the happiness we perceive ourselves to lack.
If you’re reading this, you’ve probably realized that that whole pursuit for happiness has never led anywhere, and therefore probably will never lead anywhere, either.
You’ve likely gotten tired of the constant seeking—the constant hope that the next goal would bring the happiness and satisfaction you seek—and the disappointment when it inevitably doesn’t.
Or perhaps you’re overwhelmed by the apparent problems in your life. See if any of these ring a bell:
- Lack of money
- Hating your job
- Living in an unhappy relationship
- Seeking for that perfect relationship but always seeming to be alone
- Having poor health
- Wanting something that seems out of reach
Does one or more of the above fit your situation?
There’s a way—a very simple way—of ending that search for happiness, and dissolving any problem you might be experiencing.
OK, I say simple: that doesn’t mean it’s easy. But, it’s doable.
But, it’s not found in doing something external to try and solve that problem or meet that desire.
You’ve done all that before, and it hasn’t worked.
All it requires is coming into contact with the Freedom, the Silence, the pure Awareness, that is already right here and right now.
All it requires is to stop looking to the outside for the solutions, and start looking within.
I can show you how to find your own innate knowingness and start releasing your attachment to your desires.
Through coaching, we can explore your hidden attachments, the programs in your subconscious which have been keeping you in this holding pattern of suffering.
And as we explore and release whatever is keeping you stuck, your own innate knowingness will make its way to the surface, and you will come face-to-face with what has always been here.
